Glass Jar Library
Help us help you!
Our glass jar library is stocked with second hand jars donated by our patrons. If you forgot your jars from home or do not want to buy a new one for your product, take your pick from any in our collection. Library jars are FREE of charge and do not need to be returned. However, you may donate your used jars, so long as they meet the following criteria.
Jar Donation Checklist
- Jars are 100% clean
- no residual product
- no stains
- no odor
- no labels (including label adhesive)
- Jars must have tightly closing lids (lidless jars are not accepted)
- Jars should be in good condition (no cracks, chips, or sharp edges)
- A maximum of 10 jars can be donated at a time. (This ensures our staff can sanitize all the jars in a timely, organized manner)
If your jars do not meet our criteria, or you have an abundance of glass to recycle, we would love direct you to other local recycle programs.
Other Accepted Material Donations
- Food Safe Scoops
- E.g. protein powder scoops
