Shipping:
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days using USPS Priority.

Flat rate $7.99 for shipments, with orders over $99 receiving free shipping. You will receive an email with tracking information once the order is processed.

Local Delivery
$5 flat rate delivery is available for orders in the Evansville area. If this is an option for your area you will see an option available at checkout. Delivery orders will arrive to your front door or mailbox within 3 business days between 9am-8pm. We are a small team so we appreciate your patience!

Online Returns and Exchanges:

Qualifying items purchased online are accepted for a refund or exchange within 60 days from arrival. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You may bring your online purchase to our store for a refund or exchange within the same time period.


Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 
Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of the return arriving. You will be notified via e-mail that your refund has been issued.

We don’t offer store credit at this time but you may exchange your purchase for a gift card. Gift cards may be used in store or online and do not expire.
In Store Returns and Exchanges:


Items purchased in-store are accepted for a possible refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase and must be in original, unused condition with original tags or seals attached. 

If any promos or discounts were used on your returnable merchandise, the promo and/or discount will be forfeited and may not be reused.

 

QUALIFYING ITEMS

Sale and clearance items are not be eligible for return or exchange.

Underwear, menstrual products, nail files, brushes of any kind, and razor blades are not eligible for return.

Refill products cannot be returned.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are only issued to the original payment method. Refunds are not credited until returned merchandise has been received and inspected for eligibility.  

We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. If this should happen, please contact USPS with your tracking number to resolve the issue.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
We ship our items with care, but we know things can happen in transit. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received damaged merchandise please email us with pictures within 3 days of receipt and we can discuss replacement or refund.
